FM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LTD is a Romanian private-equity company, founded in 2004 with the mission to provide complete consulting services for its clients, according to their needs.
FMMC welcome you with an experienced team of consultants, experience gained over time through participation in writing proposals and implementing projects financed by various financing schemes (Structural Funds (SOP IEC, ROP, SOP HRD), FP6 and FP7 R-D, IMPACT, PN II research – development, CEEX, World Bank, Youth, Leonardo da Vinci, PHARE, SAPARD).
The FMMC consultants provide consulting services for different organizations such as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), research and development organizations, national and local authorities, large companies, non-governmental organizations and individuals.
We have started the activity having in mind three reasons which significantly influenced our decision to launch ourselves on the Romanian consultancy market, as it follows:
1. many financing sources are targeted for the ones not prepared to access them In most of the cases, the applicants do not have the "culture" of obtaining funds through projects development. The applicants need specialized services of funds' rising starting with information, promotion, partnerships' building, projects' writing and finishing with the project implementation (project management).
FMMC can support its clients by offering consulting services in order to find the most suitable financing sources for their proposal/idea, partner search, writing of the finance application and developing the supporting documents (feasibility studies, business plans, market studies, cost-benefit analyses).
2. most of the requests for financing are rejected due to the low quality of the proposal Many proposals are rejected from the very beginning, due to the fact that the conformity and the eligibility criteria are not respected or they do not pass the threshold score of the project.
FMMC answers the conformity need with the financers' standards offering complete packages of services: information of the potential beneficiaries, drawing of the project proposals, monitoring and assessment within grants and application forms, call for proposals.
3. Most of the beneficiaries of the funds face a number of problems in the implementation of the projects Only few organizations who apply for funds have a specialized department/personnel necessary for a good implementation of the project.
FMMC offers specialized personnel to realize an efficient project management and to support the funds' beneficiaries in the development and implementation of the projects (negations, contracting, calls for proposals, monitoring, implementation, quality assurance, reporting).
